Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations including countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

EU / UK: 7–14 business days (estimated)
Other international destinations: 10–21 business days (estimated)

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@getvitaloralabs.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. VITALORA Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@getvitaloralabs.com — we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
