At VITALORA Labs, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as VITALORA Labs is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used supplement products cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
